About ongoing care.
Is the Care Plan required?
No. You own the system and can host and maintain it yourself, or hand it to another team. The Care Plan exists because most clients would rather not think about it.
Does it cover new features?
It covers maintenance, monitoring, updates and small fixes. New features and new modules are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
Do you charge extra for hosting and domains?
No markup. Third-party costs such as domain registration and hosting are passed on at exactly what they cost.
Can you maintain a system you did not build?
Sometimes. We review the code and hosting first and tell you honestly whether taking it on makes sense or whether rebuilding would cost you less over time.
