Understand the business
Before we write anything, we sit with you and learn how the work is done today: who does what, where things go wrong, what is costing you time. Most of what makes a system useful is decided here.

Scope and quote
You receive a written proposal listing exactly what will be built, what it costs, how long it takes, and what is not included. No surprises later.

Design
You see and approve the design before development starts. Changes at this stage cost nothing.

Build and review
We work in stages and show you each one as it is finished, so you are never waiting weeks wondering what is happening.

Train and hand over
We train your team to use the system and hand over full access. Everything we build belongs to you once the project is paid.

Support
Two months of free maintenance after delivery, then ongoing care if you want it.
